New Outdoor sign added for Wawasee Plaza

This week we had a new sign installed from Signtech out of Goshen, Indiana. They gave us an incredible deal on the sign. We now have a place for office tenants of all kinds and they get a place to put their logo outside. This is a huge building improvement and is great for our tenants. The letters are changeable at the top and allow for 60 or so characters. Our first text is a special on office space we have at the building. "OFFICE SPACE STARTS $200 MONTH INTERNET & UTILITIES UNCLUDED"

We plan to change out the text on the sign once a week making sure new information is always available.
